Job Summary
Connect with clients to learn about their travel preferences, schedules, and vacation goals, then research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages. Develop personalized travel recommendations that align with client interests and budgets, and coordinate reservations, travel services, and itinerary planning through approved supplier platforms. Share booking confirmations, travel documents, and important departure information while assisting clients with itinerary revisions, travel questions, and special accommodation requests. Maintain organized client files, reservation records, and communication logs within company systems, and work with preferred travel suppliers to deliver outstanding service.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable using online systems, booking platforms, and virtual communication tools

- Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions
