Job Summary
Serve as the key point of contact for assigned clients throughout the annual Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting process. Manage and monitor client accounts to ensure records are received timely, collect and analyze data for accuracy, and provide quality control for all reporting submissions. Identify and resolve problems promptly while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members to meet contractual requirements. Maintain current knowledge of benefit laws and regulations, specifically those tied to the ACA. This role requires mature judgment and superior writing abilities to represent the Lumelight Team in broker interactions. The position operates Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly, with extended hours during the first quarter of the calendar year.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- two to four years of work experience that was client-facing and required consistent customer service etiquette and skills
- At least 2 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- comfortable using Microsoft Windows PCs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Customer service orientation and commitment to responsive support
- Problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret information to support decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of principles and practices of employee benefits compliance
- Working knowledge of federal laws and regulations and government report preparation
