Job Summary
Respond to client inquiries and handle service-related issues, escalations, and account questions with discretion and accuracy. Collaborate with the Fulton Private Bank sales team to research answers, compile data reports, and process transfers and invoices. Manage administrative functions including filing, scanning, supply ordering, meeting coordination, phone answering, and appointment scheduling. Handle internal and external emails while adhering to all compliance and risk procedures. Work as part of a team to provide coverage across multiple areas and participate in training new employees. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with core hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: general studies.
- 1 or more years administration supporting financial services or sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comprehends account agreements.
- Proficient with mathematical computations.
- Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain good team member working relationships.
- Individual must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future.
