Job Summary
Act as the primary contact for client queries, managing tickets through to resolution in line with SLAs and coordinating case handling per CSM guidance. Support the delivery of client change requests and business deployments by gathering business requirements and escalating to the CSM and RM as needed. Manage client communication during incidents, maintenance, and service disruptions while preparing error notes and claims analysis. Provide trusted advice on business and process design to improve client adoption of the ALTO Investment and ALTO Wealth platforms. Participate in client meetings, visits, and adoption workshops alongside the Client Success Manager and Relationship Manager to identify and escalate upsell opportunities. Contribute to product communities and specialist knowledge-sharing initiatives. This role supports Amundi Technology's strategy to become a leading technology provider in the savings value chain across Europe and Asia.
Required Qualifications
- experience in delivering excellent Client Service in outsourced Technology and/or Service provision offerings within the Investment Funds or Asset Management Industries
- Relevant university degree
- Experience within the Asset management industry or within FinTech supporting Financial Services
- Knowledge of Investment value chain, Front-to-Back Office processes
- Knowledge of the front-to-back value chain and functional analysis capabilities
- Knowledge of financial products
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident management skills
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Track record of translating technical issues into business impact and recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Energetic and responsive; client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
