Job Summary
Manage client retention and satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests, inquiries, and exceptions for Corporate, Real Estate, and Private Client Group accounts. Independently handle loan servicing requests including advances, pay-downs, billing issues, and wire transfers while initiating outreach to provide exceptional service. Onboard new clients by opening accounts, processing documents via DocuSign, completing KYC/EDD updates, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation. Maintain comprehensive client profiles, resolve regulatory requests, and support Relationship Managers by managing dashboards, creating opportunities, and resolving past dues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client service
- Preference for roles within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support in a financial services environment
- In-depth expertise in banking products and services, specializing in loan servicing, depository, and treasury management products
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Proficient in utilizing loan/depository systems and banking software for processing transactions, managing client accounts, and resolving system issues
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced interpersonal skills, phone etiquette, and customer service capabilities
- Experience in managing client relationships and professionally addressing inquiries
- Associate's Degree in Business or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
