Being the friendly, reliable point of contact for clients set up with us—answering questions, solving problems, and following through; guiding clients through digital banking tools; collaborating with other teams to resolve issues quickly; maintaining clear, accurate records; and bringing fresh energy to operations with an eye for tool/process improvements.
Required Qualifications
