Job Summary

Provide customer and partner support for Autodesk software access, troubleshoot access issues, manage orders and license fulfillment, conduct training sessions and webinars, and create knowledge-base content. Communicate across phone, chat, and web/email; serve as a subject-matter expert on Autodesk policies and tools; collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams; deliver partner onboarding and enablement activities; bilingual Japanese/English required with English as fallback; Hybrid-remote role anchored to Autodesk Singapore office and Tokyo operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years in a Customer Facing or Client Services position
  • Fluent in Japanese (speaking and writing) and English; other languages an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to identify trends and propose solutions
  • Willingness to work varying shifts and OT as necessary
  • Experience with customer-facing or partner-support environments
  • Ability to educate customers on resources and self-serve options
  • Proficiency with knowledge base content creation and shared resources
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with order processing, license fulfillment, and product access
