Job Summary
Client Services & Solutions Specialist II supporting the bank's call center across multiple brands; will handle client questions, complaints, and banking inquiries via multiple channels, assist with Online Banking and Bill Payment, provide solutions for personal banking needs, and act as a critical line of defense in fraud prevention while maintaining compliance with BSA/OFAC and bank policies. The role emphasizes building rapport with clients and team members, delivering respectful, clear communication, and staying current on regulations and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience within a bank call center
- Basic knowledge of call center protocol and client servicing experience
- Basic level of work experience, knowledge, and training in call center environment
- Fraud protection experience
