Job Summary
Senior Client Services Project Manager responsible for leading the service-delivery relationship on assigned projects within the eDiscovery space. Acts as the primary liaison with client representatives, coordinates and executes project plans, forecasts, and budgets; drives client satisfaction, establishes best practices, and provides strategic and tactical guidance to deliver high-quality client services. Leads and mentors the project team, assesses bandwidth and onboarding, ensures timely communication and issue escalation, and represents the organization in regional and global initiatives. Requires a bachelor’s degree (JD/MBA a plus) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, litigation support, or eDiscovery environments. The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to meet project requirements and financial targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Experience leading client relationships and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of eDiscovery processes and litigation support
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law, business, or related field
- Graduate degree such as JD or MBA a plus
- 4+ years in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, attorney, or project management within a law firm, corporate legal department or eDiscovery service provider
- Demonstrated leadership and staff development skills
- Strong client relationship management and communication abilities
- Experience with budgets, forecasting, and billing review
- Ability to deliver high-quality service delivery and cross-functional collaboration
