Job Summary
Client Services Representative at Neuropath Healthcare Solutions in Union, NJ. Responsibilities include coordinating programs and performing administrative duties, handling client inquiries via phone or email, scheduling services, routing complex issues to specialists, conducting client satisfaction calls, maintaining client records, and adhering to policies. Requires office-based work hours (9:00am–5:00pm), background check with fingerprinting, and at least one year of relevant experience. EMR experience (eClinical Works or similar) and medical scheduling expertise are required. Excellent communication, multitasking, and service orientation are essential; bilingual ability (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole) is preferred. Required Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant experience
- eClinical Works or similar EMR experience
- Must have experience in an office setting
- Onsite, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Must consent to and pass a formal background check including fingerprinting
- Medical scheduling experience is required
- Healthcare or Behavioral Healthcare experience is required
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
