Job Summary
Client Services Representative Trainee will process orders with accuracy, schedule orders, and handle administrative and sales-related duties to support client relations. Responsibilities include communicating with clients via phone, email, and fax; sending quotes/drawings/receipts; tracking deadlines; providing inventory status updates; following up after orders; managing the reception area; and addressing customer inquiries. Familiarity with cabinet fabrication terminology is preferred, with strong emphasis on professional, concise communication, deadline management, problem-solving, and a client-first attitude.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related client service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Understanding of basic software systems and products
- Proven communication skills
