Job Summary
Greet participants and clients on-site to foster a friendly yet professional rapport while maintaining a workplace that is fast, fun, friendly, and professional. Attend to clients to provide a high-quality hospitality experience, review project materials for accuracy and completeness, and engage in audio and video recording activities. Perform other administrative, reception, and hospitality duties as required. This role emphasizes excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to create a warm, accommodating atmosphere. Weekend work is generally not required, though schedule flexibility is valued. The position supports SAGO's mission of connecting human answers to business questions through exceptional hospitality.
