Job Summary
Client Services Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls for service scheduling, coordinate appointments for maintenance/repairs/equipment replacement, respond to email/web portal inquiries, assist the sales team with reporting and scheduling, and serve as a liaison between customers and company departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of inquiries. Requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; bilingual Spanish preferred but not required. Proficiency in Word/Outlook/Excel and a typing speed of 40 WPM; experience with high call volumes and a non-exempt, full-time role.
