Job Summary
Process orders accurately, schedule incoming orders, and perform administrative and sales-related client-relations duties. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and fax; provide quotes/drawings/receipts to clients in a timely manner; monitor inventory statuses and follow up after order completion; offer assistance with inquiries; manage reception area and handle other duties as assigned by management. Strong attention to deadlines, professional communication, and a clients-first attitude are essential. Familiarity with cabinet fabrication terminology or related industry experience is highly preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related client service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of basic software systems and products
- Proven communication skills
