Client Services Representative (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Reception and administrative support role at Kenneth Young Center's main office; acts as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling check-in, greeting, answering calls, routing to extensions, scheduling appointments for psychiatric providers, processing payments, and handling mail and faxes. Requires strong customer-service skills and an interest in serving the community; uses electronic client management system to schedule follow-up appointments and provide reminders, coordinates with clinicians, and supports crisis referrals as needed. Requires 3+ years of office experience; two years of college preferred. Part-Time schedule (~20 hours/week: Mon-Thu 3:00pm–7:00pm, Fri 1:00pm–5:00pm, with Saturday backup coverage as needed) at Elk Grove Village, IL. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Previous client/customer service experience required
- Computer skills required
- Minimum three years’ previous experience in an office environment
- Two years of college preferred
- Familiarity with behavioral healthcare setting preferred
