Job Summary
A Client Services Representative who coordinates admissions workflows, greets clients and families, and facilitates the admissions process across all levels of care. Responsibilities include coordinating tours, handling initial admission paperwork, acting as a concierge for a smooth entry into treatment, communicating with referents and families, maintaining medical records and HIPAA compliance, and supporting the treatment team and alumni program. Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and ability to maintain accurate reports, with experience in case management within behavioral health and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in combined education and experience
- minimum of three (3) years’ experience in case management, preferably within a behavioral health treatment setting
- valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- criminal background check clearance
- TB test clearance
- CPR and First Aid certification
