Job Summary
Execute service agreement renewals, drive new mechanical service agreements, and deliver quotations to meet regional financial goals. Manage assigned customer portfolios by prospecting non-agreement accounts, responding to inquiries within 24 hours, and working with the estimating team on proposals. Review weekly financial performance to correct poor agreements and ensure contractual obligations are met. Make required monthly sales calls, maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline entries, and support account managers on strategic accounts. Requires a Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and working knowledge of HVAC systems. Monday through Thursday onsite work with flexible Friday options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certificate
- Two years' work experience
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to think critically in high-stress situations
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone and through written communication
- Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
- Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
