Job Summary
Resolving routine client requests in an inbound contact center environment via calls, chats, or emails. Identify client needs, record data accurately, escalate items for risk review when needed, provide account maintenance, and deepen relationships through digital solutions while delivering a seamless client experience. Requires effective communication, problem solving, attention to detail, compliance with banking procedures, and the ability to adapt to new information and technology. Requires reliability with attendance and the ability to work a 2nd shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or Secondary School or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer/client service experience
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Comfortable working in a 2nd shift schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to handle difficult client situations
- Familiarity with banking/financial industry preferred
