Job Summary
Frontline client services role at FlightSafety International: greet and assist clients at the front desk, conduct center tours, manage schedules and documents, assist with client app login issues, prepare reports and rosters, handle onboarding and visa-related processes (M-1 visa, visa invitation letters), assist with notary duties, and support center operations and compliance tasks. Requires strong English communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced aviation-training environment, familiarity with MS Office, and experience in customer service or administration; associate degree preferred and 1-2 years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (AA) from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- 1-2 years related experience in customer service, hospitality or administration
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic computer skills (e.g., 45 WPM)
Additional Requirements
- Compliance with export controls (ITAR/EAR) and OFAC requirements; eligibility as a U.S. Person for export-controlled work
