Job Summary
Route students and manage daily scheduled trips, ensuring they start on time, run efficiently, and complete successfully while troubleshooting immediate issues. Act as the primary contact for clients, schools, and parents by routing inquiries, verifying student information, and maintaining accurate school schedules. Build and maintain client relationships through frequent check-ins, creating new routes, and consolidating existing ones. Respond to escalated situations with urgency and professionalism, expediting concerns to the appropriate teams. Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trip counts, billing, and incidents. Maintain calendar adjustments for weather delays and holidays, ensuring all communication requests are completed timely.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual speaking ability in designated language
- High level of customer service communication
- Ability to handle escalated situations with a sense of urgency, calmness, and professionalism
- Ability to effectively communicate via telephone, email, text message, and chat applications
- Ability to build and maintain all routes
- Ability to build new client quotes
- Ability to create and implement new routes
- Ability to consolidate existing routes
- Ability to check in and follow up on client questions or concerns
- Ability to respond to client communication and requests in a timely manner
- Ability to assist with inbound/outbound calls to clients, parents/guardians, students, schools, and drivers
- Ability to generate and review reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Ability to maintain calendar adjustments including weather delays, holidays, minimum releases, etc.
- Ability to expedit concerns and issues to the appropriate team
- Ability to drive a company-owned vehicle
- Pass drug and alcohol testing, including cannabis
- Qualification under San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
- Qualification under Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance
- Qualification under Philadelphia's Fair Criminal Record Screening Standards Ordinance
