Job Summary
Client Services Representative in Cherry Hill, NJ responsible for program coordination and administrative support for Neuropath Healthcare Solutions' clients. Key duties include interacting with clients via phone or email to provide product/service information, collecting and entering service requests, scheduling cases, routing inquiries to specialists, performing client satisfaction calls, maintaining client accounts and records, adhering to regulatory and internal policies, and participating in ongoing training. Ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, service orientation, problem resolution, bilingual ability (Spanish a plus), proficiency with computers, multitasking, organization, and adaptability. This is a temp-to-hire, full-time-in-practice role with a starting wage of $20/hour; a Bachelor's degree is required and associate’s degree is also noted with preference for higher education.
