Client Services Representative (Casual)

Job Summary

Answer client questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients to the right team members to support their financial goals. Manage client accounts and products while introducing users to mobile banking applications to enhance digital literacy. Listen to client issues, take accountability for solutions, and work across multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance. This role requires on-site full-time attendance, including evenings and weekends, at the New Liskeard location. You will be part of the Personal and Business Banking Team, helping clients achieve their financial goals through relationship-oriented service.

Required Qualifications

  • You need to be legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified above
  • must have a valid work or study permit
  • You need to be on-site full-time
  • You're flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends
  • You're flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance
