Job Summary
Client Services Representative responsible for helping clients with day-to-day banking needs, answering questions, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right team members to support their financial goals. Role involves delivering a positive client experience in a fast-paced banking center, being flexible to work banking center hours (including evenings and weekends), and being able to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance. Strong focus on client engagement, problem solving, utilizing technology (mobile banking apps), and building relationships with clients and teammates.
