Job Summary
Client Services Representative needed to handle high-volume inbound calls, make outbound calls to existing clients, book appointments, de-escalate concerns, and maintain accurate records while meeting productivity and quality standards. Role requires rapid problem-solving, strong customer service focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. HVAC & Plumbing industry experience is a plus; bilingual Spanish is a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Suite and SERVICE TITAN is a plus; weekend availability is expected. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Call Center experience preferred
- Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
