Job Summary
Provide client and adviser enquiries handling via phone, email and digital channels; process investment and account transactions including withdrawals, transfers, switches and account maintenance requests; deliver timely and accurate support across Life and Investment products; investigate and resolve client and adviser queries with a focus on first contact resolution; support business and platform initiatives including system and process transitions; build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Product, Compliance and Adviser Support teams.
