Job Summary
Onsite Client Services Representative for a high-volume clinical laboratory, handling a large flow of inbound/outbound calls to dialysis clinics and providing education and solutions to clients. Responsibilities include handling telephone calls and emails, making outbound calls for urgent lab results, meeting call metrics, documenting support interactions, responding to complex inquiries with critical thinking, resolving service problems by clarifying concerns and guiding solutions, processing forms and lab draw entries accurately, and maintaining a positive professional image under pressure. Requires strong listening/comprehension skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Location: Colorado Springs, CO. Compensation: $20-$24/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED
- 2+ years of Experience in a fast pace call center environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
