Job Summary
Supervise, direct, train, and evaluate assigned personnel and volunteers while deciding how to allocate funds for emergency assistance. Provide direct case management services, referrals, and advocacy for clients whose needs are not met locally. Administer and coordinate programs across satellite offices, preparing monthly financial reports and monitoring daily expenditures. Assist the regional Director in implementing new service delivery methods and develop staff training programs to improve service effectiveness. Maintain office procedures with cultural sensitivity to the client population.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Three to five years of related experience
- State program contract administration
- Assistance with policies and procedures
- Basic accounting and budget preparation
