Job Summary
Client Services Project Manager responsible for coordinating the delivery of software and AI-enabled projects. Manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery documentation; track progress, risks, and dependencies; prepare customer and internal status communications; coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow-ups; support adherence to delivery processes and PMO standards; adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred AI Delivery Experience, familiarity with AI concepts (LLM, NLU), and experience with agile/hybrid delivery methods; proficient with project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Salesforce); PMP or similar certification a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting customer-facing software or SaaS projects
- Foundational understanding of AI, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Exposure to software delivery involving AI or AI-enabled platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, AI, or similar certification a plus
