Job Summary

Client Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service as the first point of contact in the banking center. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, performing teller functions (cash checks, deposits, withdrawals), opening/closing accounts, promoting bank products, handling mail and deposits, supporting branch sales goals, and opening/closing the banking center. Required: high school diploma or equivalent, cash handling/customer service experience, Word/Excel proficiency, 10-key calculator, strong interpersonal and math skills, ability to work in a team, occasional overtime, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Spanish is a plus; credit/background check will be conducted for selected candidates.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months cash handling/ customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type and use a ten-key calculator
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong math aptitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when requested
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Candidates selected for further evaluation will be asked to provide authorization to perform a credit and background check
