Job Summary
Client Services Officer for Korean client relationships within State Street Investment Management. Responsible for delivering a client-centric service model to Korean clients, meeting and exceeding client objectives, proactively identifying client needs and internal issues, acting as an advocate to ensure issues are resolved, facilitating cross-team communication, keeping senior management informed of developments, driving execution of client initiatives, supporting onboarding and conversion of new client relationships, and collaborating with APAC counterparts on client deliverables. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related discipline, at least 5 years of related industry experience preferred, and fluency in English and Korean. Strong written and oral communication, excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset are essential.
