Job Summary
Coordinate care for clients by matching field staff, managing schedules, and responding to emergent staffing needs. Supervise field staff through coaching, performance feedback, and evaluations while partnering with clinical leaders to ensure seamless service delivery. Serve as the primary contact for clients, physicians, payors, and community partners to resolve questions regarding service, billing, and coordination. Monitor performance metrics including unfilled hours, payroll, and gross margin to support office growth. Document incidents and complaints, manage caseloads proactively, and lead recruitment and retention efforts. This full-time, exempt role is based in Cape May Court House, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- A demonstrated commitment to client service and relationship-building
- Prior supervisory experience, including managing people and business functions
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Competence with computers and the ability to learn scheduling, documentation, payroll, and reporting systems
- A demonstrated track record of goal achievement and taking on increased responsibility
- The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
- The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Desired Qualifications
- Prior health care, home care, recruiting, or medical office experience
- Experience with staffing, service coordination, payroll, or referral management
- Knowledge of the local Cape May County community and service area
