Job Summary
Lead onboarding efforts for new Transaction Cost Analysis and trade surveillance clients across equities and multi-asset workflows. Gather client requirements, coordinate with technology teams on connectivity and data ingestion, and validate incoming execution data for accuracy. Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, conducting regular reviews on execution quality and delivering analytics presentations to traders and compliance teams. Troubleshoot platform issues, analyze pre-trade and post-trade metrics, and assist with benchmarking and execution optimization. Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate feedback into actionable enhancements and support proofs of concept.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in institutional trading, TCA, EMS/OEMS, market structure, surveillance, trading operations, or fintech client services
- Strong understanding of equities trading workflows and electronic trading environments
- Experience working with institutional clients including asset managers, hedge funds, broker-dealers, or asset owners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable interpreting large datasets and identifying trends or anomalies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with TCA platforms, EMS/OEMS systems, or trade surveillance solutions
- Familiarity with FIX protocol, APIs, market data feeds, and order lifecycle workflows
