Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with course work emphasis in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or closely related field
  • Three years progressively responsible supervisory experience
  • Valid state of Florida driver’s license
  • No cancellations, suspensions, or revocations of the driving privilege for a minimum of three years prior to employment
  • Maintaining a driving record with no more than three chargeable motor vehicle crashes during any 3 year period
  • Fingerprint-based background investigation and checking of criminal history records of the FBI
  • No criminal convictions for alcohol or drug-related offenses within 10 years prior to employment

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Driver Licenses Examiners must meet background standards outlined in Florida Statute 435.04
