Job Summary
Client Services Manager will coordinate between clients, vendors, and Steiner departments to support daily studio operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include managing client and vendor relationships, assisting with client billing and invoicing, coordinating production schedules and walks-throughs, overseeing safety and facility operations (FDNY compliance, fire lanes, extinguisher inspections), waste removal logistics, access control, and collaboration with Facilities, IT, Security, and Accounting. The role requires strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, and the ability to execute across a wide range of operational tasks, including on-site management, safety enforcement, and supporting production timelines. Certifications required or willing to obtain include F-01, OSHA 10, and a valid Lift Certification. Compensation is hourly with a range of $23.00-$31.00/hour, reflecting an on-site, full-time role in Brooklyn, NY.
