Client Services Manager - Staffing Recruiter (Hybrid)

Build credibility with clients by delivering highly qualified candidates and consultative hiring guidance while growing and establishing key accounts. Proactively source, engage, and recruit passive candidates through networking, referrals, cold outbound outreach, and social media content to maintain hard-to-find talent pipelines aligned with client needs. Devise marketing plans for each market and career opportunity, communicate value to candidates, and provide clients with market insight and hiring trends to support better decisions. Manage a high-volume workload of approximately 30 open roles at a time, conducting a target of 20+ interviews weekly.
