Job Summary
Client Services Manager in the Stadiums & Arenas Division manages venue-client relationships, supervising leads and specialists delivering frontline ticketing service and support. Acts as relationship manager and primary resource for event configuration, box office inquiries, and product/service knowledge; develops close client relationships, troubleshoots issues, and ensures high-quality service through configuration, tracking, and reporting across venues.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree Preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming
- 2+ years of experience leading a client services team
- Advanced event programming expertise across multiple venue/event types
- Leadership, coaching, and personnel management skills
