Job Summary
Client Services Manager for Senior Homecare responsible for creating and implementing care schedules for senior clients, supervising a team of Client Care Scheduling Managers, matching staff to client needs, coordinating home visits, documenting feedback on caregiver performance, collaborating on care plans with the Wellness Team, resolving client and employee issues, recognizing staff performance, and supporting on-call evening and weekend coverage. Requires an Associate Degree in a healthcare-related field and two years of supervisory experience in senior homecare, strong Microsoft Office and scheduling-system skills, excellent communication, multitasking and problem-solving abilities, customer-service orientation, flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality client services at Visiting Angels in Jenkintown, PA. Must provide proof of vaccination.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in a healthcare-related field
- two years of supervisory experience in Senior homecare
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, scheduling systems, and other healthcare industry-related software
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Detail-oriented team player
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and problem solve
- Strong commitment to client service excellence and ability to generate goodwill with staff, clients, families, and referral sources
- Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain a sense of humor in all situations
