Job Summary
Client Services Manager responsible for the end-to-end management of multi-channel advertising campaigns for The National Lottery brand within Studio 59. Act as the main interface between internal brand teams and the Creative Hub, overseeing briefs, idea development, production timelines, budgets, stakeholder presentations, asset delivery, and media deadlines. Drive strong client relationships, ensure brand standards and compliance, differentiate strategy from execution, and lead reactive content planning with a focus on timely, high-quality delivery across radio, VOD, and TV assets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing end-to-end campaigns across multi-channel advertising
- Understanding of production timelines and roles at each stage
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate into actionable plans
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with budgets, timings, and asset delivery to channels
- Knowledge of radio, VOD, and TV ad playout processes
- Ability to monitor campaign performance and provide insights
