Job Summary

Own client relationships end-to-end from brief intake and strategic alignment to influencer marketing campaign delivery and performance reporting. Translate client business and marketing briefs into data-driven social media strategies, ensuring KPIs and platform fit are aligned from day one. Develop and present pitches for new business and upsell opportunities, positioning Pulse's social-first capabilities with confidence. Oversee influencer campaign execution in collaboration with internal strategy, talent, and content production teams, keeping timelines and budgets on track. Analyze and present campaign performance data across key social media metrics with actionable recommendations for clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in client services or account management at a social media, influencer marketing, or digital agency
  • strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to manage multiple client demands
  • commercial mindset with ability to identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts
