Client Services Manager

Conduct regular meetings, observations, and communications to maintain ongoing relationships with designated practice groups. Analyze financial and practice data from various reports to identify trends, issues, or concerns, then share this analysis with group leadership. Communicate payer issues affecting billing and collection processes to practice groups while resolving practice-specific questions by coordinating resources. Proactively communicate key operating information based on analyzed data. Requires an associates degree, three years of practice business office experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role within UHC: FPBO - Client Services.
