Client Services Manager - IDD

Assess consumer and family needs to coordinate, monitor, and advocate for services through Family/Person-Centered Planning and individual service plans. Address biopsychosocial status and social system factors to ensure service delivery aligned with recovery, self-determination, and resilience principles. Link consumers with external systems to provide additional resources consistent with department performance goals. Master-level managers deliver intensive case management and therapeutic interventions, including crisis support and pre-screening for inpatient or partial hospitalization. Requires Michigan licensure in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, with preferred experience in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
