Job Summary
Manages post-sales client relationships for SMB accounts and leads end-to-end TV and CTV campaign execution, translating performance data into actionable insights and opportunities to scale. Guides clients through campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, delivering measurable business outcomes focused on CPA, CAC, and ROAS. Builds platform expertise (buying, reporting, measurement) and collaborates with internal teams to support execution; fosters strong day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders. Requires strong communication and presentation skills, a data-driven mindset, and an interest in AI, with a hybrid in-office schedule in Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution
- 2+ years of experience in post-sales account management or client services
- 1–2 years of experience buying, trading, or managing campaigns within digital or programmatic platforms
- Experience supporting performance-driven clients (brands and/or agencies), with a focus on optimizing toward CPA, CAC, and ROAS
- Solid understanding of the streaming TV landscape (linear TV knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation and listening skills, with a high level of preparation and attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders—from engineers to marketing leaders—with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
