Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations at a CDS site, coordinate and execute programming for an assigned caseload, supervise direct support professionals, develop and implement individual program plans, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a day services setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field with at least 1 year of related experience.
- Preferred: 2 years of supervisory experience.
- 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization.
- Ability to perform a two-person lift.
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment clearances, including an Illinois background check, physical, drug test, and TB test.
- Willingness to complete Clearbrook’s DSP training and earn QIDP certification within 120 days of hire.
