Job Summary
Client Services Manager to oversee coordination of client services and scheduling for home care at BAYADA in Fort Wayne, IN. Responsibilities include managing client care coordination, maintaining and growing caseload through relationship-building with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations, fostering collaboration among office and field staff, monitoring operational and financial performance metrics, partnering with Clinical Managers to supervise field employees, ensuring policy and quality standards compliance, and contributing to office growth initiatives and operational excellence. Requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in medical/healthcare settings with supervisory/d leadership qualities; strong communication, organizational, and EMR skills needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
