Client Services Manager

Job Summary
Provide superior customer service and manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues. Maintain effective fiscal management by monitoring metrics while proactively growing your caseload. Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations, and partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees. Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team to deliver high-quality home care. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, prior medical office or home care experience, and strong electronic medical record skills. Weekly pay is offered with Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm hours.
Required Qualifications

- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong computer skills (electronic medical record)
