Client Services Manager

Job Summary
Provide superior customer service and manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues. Monitor metrics to maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload while proactively growing it. Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations, and develop strong, communicative relationships with the team. Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, comparable experience in staffing/scheduling, and strong computer skills for electronic medical records. Work a Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM schedule at BAYADA Home Health Care, a nonprofit committed to compassion and excellence in the Orlando community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Comparable experience staffing/scheduling at a home care agency
- Prior supervisory experience
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Strong computer skills (electronic medical record)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

- Bachelor degree, English major preferred
