Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality home care services for clients while managing the coordination of client care and emergent scheduling needs. Maintain and grow your assigned caseload through relationship-building with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. Foster strong communication among office and field staff, partner with Clinical Managers for supervision, and monitor key operational and financial performance metrics. Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards to contribute to office growth initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Proven track record of taking on increasing responsibility and achieving goals
- Strong desire for professional growth and career advancement
- Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
