Administrative Assistant / Client Services Manager supporting a financial advisory practice within an Ameriprise Financial franchise. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional client experience and relationship support, managing daily office workflow, coordinating calendars and meetings, preparing and maintaining client profiles, opening accounts, processing transfers, handling transactions, and supporting business development initiatives to drive client engagement and growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates organization, initiative, and a client-first mindset, with 3+ years of client service or administrative experience, strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and professional communication. This is an in-office, full-time role located in Dublin, OH.
