Job Summary
As a Client Services Executive (Hybrid), you’ll help grow the TenderLink subscription base through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. You’ll identify prospects within sectors such as IT, Telecommunications and Construction, onboard customers for success, respond promptly to inbound queries, record communications for future reference, and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and products. You’ll need to demonstrate strong communication skills, relationship-building ability with professionals in medium to large organisations, effective time management, and a collaborative, ethical approach while thriving in a flexible, hybrid work environment. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships with professionals in medium to large organisations
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Commercial judgement and problem-solving ability
- A collaborative, respectful approach and commitment to ethical business practices
