Job Summary

Lead and support a team of Account Directors, Senior Account Directors, Account Managers, and Account Executives to create an environment where people perform at their best. Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships while ensuring the delivery of first-class client service across all accounts and projects. Oversee campaign delivery to ensure work is completed on brief, on time, within budget, and in line with agreed profit expectations. Support the growth of existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase spend and strengthen client partnerships. Contribute to new business opportunities and support pitches, tenders, and client presentations where required. Use data, reporting tools, and client feedback to monitor performance, identify efficiencies, and improve ways of working. Act as a senior escalation point for complex client or departmental issues, resolving challenges professionally and commercially. Work collaboratively with internal teams including Creative, Finance, Operations, Staffing, and HR to ensure successful project delivery. Champion best practice across client servicing, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement. Develop, coach, and motivate team members, supporting their skills, confidence, and career development. This senior leadership role is based at the Maidenhead office with hybrid working opportunities and a requirement for travel to client sites.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant senior-level experience within a marketing, advertising, experiential, creative, design or branding agency environment
  • Proven experience leading and developing client services teams
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to provide clear direction across complex accounts and campaigns
  • Excellent commercial awareness, including budget management, profitability, resource planning and margin improvement
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • A strong understanding of integrated campaign delivery, including creative development, operations, staffing and logistics
  • Experience using data, reporting and insight to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused and collaborative approach
  • Up-to-date awareness of relevant market, regulatory and industry changes, including GDPR
  • A professional, personable and approachable style, with excellent attention to detail
  • UK driving license and access to a car
  • Requirement for travel to client sites
